Returns


We do not accept returns. All sales are final. By placing an online order with Patrea Jewelry, customers acknowledge and agree with our Refund, Privacy, Terms & Conditions, and Shipping Policy.


Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@patreajewelry.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and contact you as soon as possible.


Change of Size


Patrea Jewelry provides one-time complimentary resize service within one year from the receiving date. For ready-to-ship rings, they care be resized within one size up or down from the original size of the ring was purchased in. This service is available for rings that are in original size (have not yet been resized). In case of any size change for rings, please email us at info@patreajewelry.com

For international customers, there will be a return shipping fee of $600HKD for the complimentary resizing.

Exchanges


We have a 7-day exchange policy for ready-made items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Patrea Jewelry does not offer exchange for international customers due to logistic reasons.

Our exchange policy is not applicable to any bespoke items and earrings.

Patrea Jewelry products must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original box and packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase. We will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. Patrea Jewelry will verify that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the exchange policy and, if so, then proceed with the applicable exchange.

To make an exchange, you can contact us at info@patreajewelry.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs associated with any return and exchange. Patrea Jewelry will not be responsible for the lost and damage during the process.

Refunds


Should a product be returned for exchange with a less expensive product, only the original buyer of the returned product will be entitled to receive a refund of the price difference. 

Should a product be returned for exchange with a less expensive product, the individual making the return will only be entitled to receive merchandise credit of the price difference. If a product is returned for exchange with a more expensive product, you will have to pay the price difference.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
