Shipping policy
Ready-to-ship items will be processed and dispatched within 2 days. All orders are shipped from Hong Kong. Some of the pieces are custom made to order and require 2-5 weeks for production. If you need your pieces in a very short period of time, please contact us.
Taxes and duties will be paid by recipient's local courier and recipient will receive notice from the courier about payment of taxes to release the shipment. If you have any enquiries, Please contact us before placing an order.

We send items via SF Express or Hong Kong Post Office. Usually it takes 1 or 2 days.

Order amount over $2000: Free
For orders in Taiwan
We send items via SF Express and Hong Kong Post Office. Usually it takes 3 to 7 days to have the parcel arrived.
Order amount below or $5000HKD: Shipping Fee $150HKD
Order amount over $5000HKD: Free
For orders in India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam
We send items via SF Express and Hong Kong Post Office. Usually it takes 4 to 14 days to have the parcel arrived.

For other overseas orders
We send items via SF Express, Hong Kong Post Office, Fedex or DHL. Please note there is no guarantee and no reimbursement on shipping fees due to carrier delays.
